Presentation by Dr. Alder Fuller

If you read my TEOTWAWKI post, you’re aware of how impressed I was with the systems science perspective applied to the subject of large-scale climate change by Dr. Alder Fuller at his Euglena Academy. His message is portentous but also a call to arms: we have no choice but to adapt to a hotter state with a radically different climate regime that hasn’t existed on Earth for 55 million years. This coming Wednesday, July 2, 2008, at 7:00 PM, Dr. Fuller will speak at a meeting of the NW EcoBuilding Guild on the subject of large-scale climate change and its implications for human habitation. The venue is the Bring Planet Improvement Center, located at 4446 Franklin Boulevard in Glenwood. For directions to the Center, see http://www.bringrecycling.org/directions.html. The presentation is free.
